Participant registration

Registration fee covers participation in the meeting, meeting materials, coffee breaks, lunch break, welcome reception and dinner on April 14th. The CODIS-meeting is open to anyone interested in attending, the EDNAP-meeting is open to members only and the ENFSI-meeting is open to ENFSI-members, guests and company representatives. Dinner fee for an accompanying person is € 75,-. You can make a choice from one of these 5 options:

Cancellation policy
Cancellations can be made only by e-mail addressed to Jolanda Duyvesteyn.
All fees will be refunded, minus an administrative fee of € 25,-. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after April 1st, 2010, except in exceptional circumstances (to be decided by the conference committee). Please note that you may also transfer your registration to another delegate.

Payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card (VISA, MasterCard and American Express). Details are given on the registration form. All payments must be made in € (EURO). Please note that on behalf of NFI, Columba Communications will cash your payment. Columba Communications will treat your payment confidentially.
